We had an amazing time at Urban Elephants! The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the staff members were really helpful. We met some great people and made lasting memories. The hostel was clean and the facilities were well-maintained. The communal areas were comfortable and inviting. We particularly enjoyed the daily activities suggested by the staff, such as city tours and parties. we had a fantastic experience at Urban Elephants.
The only minor downsides were the occasional crowded community area and the need for additional restrooms. However, these were not major issues and did not significantly impact our stay.

Friendly vibe and great social events. The hostel offered delicious vegan dinners for a great price and hosted daily activities like pub crawls and board game nights. They also had helpful staff who gave great recommendations on things to do in the area. The location of the hostel was perfect, close to many key attractions. The hostel was generally quiet at night and allowed for a good night's sleep.
The walls were thin and it could get quite loud at night. This made it difficult to sleep without being disturbed by noise from other guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this place in the heart of the city. The staff here were incredibly welcoming, from the seasonal workers to the manager. They helped out with tours/tickets and offered great advice on places to visit. The shared kitchen and bar/lounge area were excellent for meeting new people, and the board games and leisure/TV room were great entertainment. The room felt comfortable with excellent heating and superb room amenities. The locker room came in handy and there was no need to worry about luggage as there was ample storage. The adults-only policy meant I got a good night's sleep and I was appreciative of the 24-hour reception and security. I definitely recommend this venue to families!
Definitely recommend this place to families!

The highlight was the underground bar serving delicious Slovak Caipirinha. The friendly staff, especially Bernardo, provided helpful tips and made me feel welcome. I also loved the fun daily activities like yoga, movie marathons, and trivia. I highly recommend this hostel.

This hostel is perfect for young travelers looking for a fun experience. the staff and volunteers were very friendly and made me feel like I was staying at a friend's house. the location is great, just outside the city center but near public transportation. the facilities are clean and comfortable, with big enough lockers for backpacks.
One thing that could be improved is the payment method. the system needs to be clearer, as there seems to be confusion about when and how guests are refunded.
